Refund and cancellation policy

ContextBridge Pro is a monthly subscription at ₹749 per month, billed through Razorpay. It renews automatically every month until you cancel.

Cancelling

Email support@contextbridge.in from the address you used at checkout, or include your Razorpay subscription ID (it starts with sub_). We cancel within 2 working days. You are not charged again, and Pro stays active until the end of the month you paid for.

Refunds

• First payment: a full refund if you ask within 7 days of paying.
• If we have not set up your Pro account within 7 days of payment, a full refund on request.
• A renewal charged after you asked us to cancel is refunded in full.
• Other renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time to stop the next one.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Razorpay and usually arrive within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.

Failed or duplicate payments

If money left your account but the payment shows as failed, or you were charged twice, email us your Razorpay payment ID (it starts with pay_). Duplicate charges are always refunded in full.

Delivery

Pro is an online service. Nothing is shipped.
